We know you are excited to get your order! We take up to 2 business days to process and pack your order before it ships.

2. Shipping Rates

• Orders over $50: FREE Shipping!

• Orders under $50: Standard shipping rates apply (calculated at checkout).

3. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on your location:

• USA: 3–7 business days.

• GCC Region (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): 7–12 business days.

• Lebanon: 10–15 business days.

4. Taxes, Duties & Customs

For our international customers in the GCC and Lebanon:

• Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, VAT, or local customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Payment: These fees are typically collected by the courier at the time of delivery and are not included in your Shopify checkout total.

• Identification: Local customs may require a copy of your ID or a tax number to release the package; please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

5. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

• Your Responsibility: Once an order is placed, we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was entered at checkout.

• Secure Delivery: Your parcel will be left in a secure place. Please ensure you have a safe spot for delivery.
