Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), and Lebanon.

How long does shipping take?

We ship directly from our specialized fulfillment partners to keep your costs low.

Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Note: You will receive a tracking number the moment your package is dispatched.

Will I have to pay Customs or Taxes?

For orders to the GCC and Lebanon, any local import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

What is your Return Policy?

We provide a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

We take quality seriously. If an item arrives damaged or has a mechanical failure, contact us within 7 days with a photo or video. We will provide a replacement or a full refund. Because we source products that fix common market complaints (like battery or durability issues), we stand behind every item we sell.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because our fulfillment system is automated for speed through Tradelle, we cannot change addresses or cancel orders once they are placed. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase.
